Bike to work plus gym workout combo. Results. Acceptable.
What worked:
- Having everything ready to go the night before. Check your tire pressure, pack everything but your dress shirt and pants.
- Wrinkle free packing.
What did not work:
- Layering to stay warm. You got to pack out what you wear in. Suck it up. The cold will ensure your awake by the time you start throwing weights around.
- After workout smoothie. Duh. Try riding one handed with a brainfreeze.
